What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in your health and wellbeing. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I partner with you to set meaningful goals, uncover what motivates you, and work through barriers that may have held you back in the past. Instead of telling you what to do, I help you tap into your own strengths and design sustainable changes that fit your life.
